Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Parts that have been installed, altered, or modified in any way are not eligible for return.
  • Clothing and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Gift cards, clearance items, and customized products are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@twlwheelcult.com or use our contact form on the website. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorisation: Our team will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including any paperwork, parts, and accessories. Clearly write your return authorisation number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at enquiries@twowheelcult.com or through our website’s contact form. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

Non-Returnable Items

  • Please note that gift cards, clearance items, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
