For Triumph 790cc and 865cc models from 2001 onwards, including the Thruxton, Hinkley, Bonneville, and America models, we offer a precision-built frame with the following features:

• Engine mounts welded in position, ready for the specified engines.

• Includes headstock bearing cups and rear wheel adjusters.

• Optional full mounting kit with bolts and spacers available.

The frame also features our signature GAS gusset and a uniquely numbered frame plate.

Full Frame Kit:

Priced at £1250, the kit includes:

• Frame (as described)

• Rear wheel spindle

• Side stand

• Number plate holder with light

A Softail version is also available. Contact us for more details or to customize the rake angle (standard: 32 degrees, but adjustable).

Welded to perfection using coded MIG, with TIG welding available in mild or stainless steel on request.

Other details include:

• 15mm thick laser-cut axle mounts

• Frame tubing: 1 ¼” and 1 ½”, 12swg steel

• Compatibility: Most yokes (please contact us for more info)

We also supply rear wheel spindles, fuel tanks, rear fenders, and other parts like battery and electric boxes.
