The Knickerdropper

The Knickerdropper is based on the legendary Wormburner frame, but with enhanced features to improve user-friendliness. With an extra 3” of ground clearance and a rear end that’s 2 inches shorter, this frame offers a more aggressive stance while reducing chain slap.

Key Features:

• Designed for Bandit & GSXR Engines: Engine mounts are pre-welded for these engines, with an optional full mounting kit (including bolts and spacers).

• Custom Engine Compatibility: The frame can be adapted for other engines at an additional cost—just contact us for details.

• Adjustable Rake: Standard rake is 32 degrees, but it can be customized to your requirements.

• Ride Height: Stands at 7 inches, making it compatible with standard exhaust headers running underneath the engine.

Frame Specifications:

• Backbone Length: 720mm

• Axle Plate Width: 280mm between plates

• Material: Built with 1 ¼” and 1 ½” 12swg steel tube for superior strength.

• Axle Mounts: 15mm thick laser-cut axle mounts with 20mm slots.

• Headstock: CNC-machined bearing cups included, compatible with most yokes (contact us for more details).

Additional Features:

• Full Frame Kits: Available with rear wheel spindles, fuel tanks, rear fenders, and more.

Welding Options:

• Coded MIG Welded as standard, with optional TIG welding in mild or stainless steel upon request.
